People expecting a review of the previous episode will get a collective review soon.
The Multi-Community Charter as well as my opinion of the trade routes were given last week. This week it mentions the trade routes much more clearly. Episode 12 confirms that Carol had come to Alexandria for help in trading, but Michonne did not agree to help them, saying that the roads to The Kingdom could be dangerous because of The Whisperers.
Now let's cover the rights. Any person who would live in peace and fairness, who would find common ground, this world is yours by right, I don't think they are practicing this part of the Charter properly. They've attacked The Whisperers in retaliation when the character Jesus was killed.
We are banded together by the fellowship of the living. This is why they give help amongst each communities when asked for. It has worked before, why isn't it working now. And I've only covered the trade routes between Alexandria and The Kingdom.
The trade routes between The Kingdom and Hilltop are fine based on the past few episodes. And I assume the trade routes between Hilltop and Alexandria should be fine, though it hasn't been visually been portrayed apart from the transfer of Magna's group to Hilltop (which was before discovering The Whisperers). Daryl is the only character who is not in any Community, but currently lives on Hilltop on behalf of Carol's Request.
Alexandria has boosted its defense especially after Negan's escape (even though he returned), which is why they are afraid to travel to The Kingdom. But they are a democracy, not a Dictator based land.
So that's it for now, SkateLane Booting Out
