Let's Look at all the Science Fiction Changes Introduced in Season 11 of Doctor Who

The LOGO and theme of Doctor Who has changed because of the regeneration. It's a pretty cool font. For the first time since 2005, the composer ("Segun Akinola") has changed. The showrunner has also changed ("Chris Chibnall"). There have been a lot of changes this season.

Apart from the Doctor's regeneration and restyling and the companions, Doctor Who changes every other aspect. There are so many things to appreciate about the New Doctor. "Jodie Whittaker" has made the show look so alien-like and realistic at the same time, it's fantastic. The Doctor has a new sonic screwdriver, a TARDIS, and a look that makes the show more science fiction than ever, moving away from fantasy land. There is a lot of change going on in her life.

The Doctor crash-lands on Earth and loses her sonic screwdriver. She has to construct a new "sonic screwdriver" from scratch.

It's the first time I'm seeing a Doctor forging a sonic. The Sonic Screwdriver was forged in Sheffield Steel. She gives it the most alien-like look ever she has given to a sonic screwdriver. It looks pretty cool, you can even write on boards with it.

The Doctor also loses her "TARDIS" and goes hunting for it.

The insides of her TARDIS changes on its own, which usually happens for every regeneration, though not all the time. The new design of the TARDIS looks very much like an alien hive. The design changes has a few of all the modifications of the previous TARDIS's after the ninth doctor, while removing the retro look that was added at a later point. This is a perfect design, a proper alien hive.

I've seen her sonic available in amazon and other web sites.  Her new clothes became available the moment they were announced (male, female, unisex). Even wallpapers and other stuff are available.
