New Characters in the The Walking Dead

There will be characters to root for in each episode, but not all. These are characters that I predict will affect the storyline throughout the second half of Season 9

Things to remember:

The Kingdom still doesn't know about The Whisperers, though the last episode had Carol worked up about Henry (and Daryl) because he didn't appear at the trade fair.

Main Characters

These are characters relevant to the plot.

Daryl - Appears every episode, is the current main character replacing Rick
Dog - Daryl's dog with the name "Dog"
Henry - Carol's adoptive son, is in love with Lydia
Lydia - Alpha's daughter, is in love with Henry and wants to abandon being a Whisperer
Connie - Has a Romantic or Synchronous connection with Daryl
Alpha - The new psycho villain
Beta - "Daryl: This Beta, is he their best?"

Secondary Characters

These can be characters eventually relevant to the plot. They go on with their own secondary plot lines which are distant from the main plot. They can be upgraded to main characters at any point of time

Carol - adoptive mother of Henry, The Queen, starts a trade fair as they are low on supplies
Michonne - is overly cautious about safety in Alexandria, so votes to not help The Kingdom with supplies
Judith Grimes - mostly talks to Negan when he's in his cell, doesn't consider him bad
Negan - is past his old ways, and is trying to become an anti-hero, help Judith and Michonne, adapt
Ezekiel - adoptive father of Henry, The King, looks over the Charter
Magna - the leader of her group
Tara - becomes leader of Hilltop after Jesus dies
Father Gabriel - In love with Rosita and a romantic relationship with her
Rosita - In love with Father Gabriel, pregnant with Siddiq's child
Eugene - In love with Rosita and advises Gabriel not to let go
Jerry - Ezekiel's right hand man, is in a relationship with Nabila
Aaron - lost his boyfriend, and his arm, gets prosthetic. He adopts a dead savior's daughter Gracie
Enid - Hilltop doctor after studying under Siddiq, is in a relationship with Alden, but also likes Henry
Siddiq - the current prime doctor in The Walking Dead, and the doctor in Alexandria
Alden - originally a savior who now works in Hilltop. He's in a relationship with Enid
Yumiko, Luke, Kelly - Yumiko is the girlfriend of Magna. Connie and Kelly are sisters. Luke is a musician and likes collecting important things
Dianne - The top armored soldier, markswoman and archer
Nabila - Jerry's girlfriend/wife, has 3 children with Jerry
The Highwaymen (Ozzy) - Carol started a trade fair and encounters The Highwaymen. Ozzy seems like the leader. They clean the streets for The Kingdom, and in exchange they get fun activities to ascertain themselves from The Kingdom.

Apart from New Characters, these can also include characters introduced earlier, but are given bigger roles now (or they just came to my attention because of the huge cast)
